This is a washed coffee from the Wote area in Ethiopia. It grows between 1800 and 2000 meters above sea level. The coffee comes from about 600 farmers who supply it to the co-operative of Mr.Mergya.
Taste: Coffee with clue of malt and honey. Acidic give associations to green apples, with plums and chocolate in the aftertaste.
Aroma: Floral and vibrant scents. Hints of flowers and light milk chocolate
